Features
Hermcol® Brown HFR belongs to the benzimidazolone group, giving a reddish brown with a hue angle of 43.5 degrees (1/3SD, HDPE), but it has stronger yellow light and more transparency than C.I. Pigment Brown 23. The specific surface area of PV-Fast Brown HFR 01 is 90m2/g. Mainly used in coatings, printing inks and plastics, such as automotive primer (OEM), repair paint; combined with iron oxide red inorganic pigments to form a brown to reddish brown; excellent light and weather fastness, in the diluted color (1:300 The light fastness of TiO2) alkyd melamine amine is still 7-8; heat resistance to 200℃ in PVC, light fastness of 8 grade, HDPE heat resistance of 290℃, and dimensional deformation below 220℃ is not obvious; It can also be used for polyacrylonitrile and PP spinning coloring.
Application
Hermcol® Brown HFR is recommended for automotive OEM paints and refinishes, solvent-based coatings, water-based coatings, leather coatings, textile printing, printing inks, PA inks, PP inks, NC inks, offset inks, water-based inks, plastics, LLDE, LDPE, PP, PVC, POM, PMMA, rubbers.
